Zeta Marine Group (ZMG) was funded in 2008 as a join-venture between the
two Danish companies HF Industri & Marine ApS. and Teak Denmark / by Michael Falther. ZMG was established on  to be Teakdecking Systems®  (TDS) European representative, with the goal to setup, supply and service distributors throughout geographic Europe.

Manageing Director Hans Fokdal and Sales & Technical Director Michael Falther are not new players in the business. Hans Fokdal`s on-going company HF-industri & Marine ApS. Has been in the marine trading business for more than 19 years. Michael Falther as a skilled boat-builder and shipwright, has been doing project management and deck installations on yachts most of his life, and for the last 6 years has been with Teakdecking Systems® as one of their European cooperation partners.

ZMG has its 1200 m² main warehouse in Denmark, with a constant flow of materials from Teakdecking Systems® in Florida, USA. This assures  that the demand for these reliable products & services, for which Teakdecking Systems® is known for, is readily available.
